We began as one friend helping another establish a nonprofit in 1993.

Through that experience we witnessed firsthand how much more effective nonprofit leaders can be in advancing their mission when someone comes alongside to lift the burden of operating their organization.

Today, we are an international organization with a passion to help nonprofit leaders experience the benefits of healthier, more effective organizations – and change the world.
