Susan Lange serves as Chief Operating Officer at Cedarstone, where she brings a steady, practical leadership style and a deep understanding of the systems, people, and processes that support strong client service. With experience spanning accounting operations, financial systems administration, payroll, scheduling, accounts receivable and payable, database management, and business operations, Susan has built her career around helping organizations run with greater clarity, consistency, and care. Since joining Cedarstone in 2018, she has grown into senior leadership through her strong grasp of Cedarstone’s systems, workflows, and service model, helping ensure clients receive excellent end-to-end financial services. In her current role, she oversees Financial Operations, including the Essential Services, Customized Services, and Integrated Services segments, supporting the leaders and teams who carry forward a large portion of Cedarstone’s day-to-day client work.
Before joining Cedarstone, Susan held operations and systems roles in consulting, software, and service environments, including work in database management, business operations, IT, and contract administration. She holds a BA in Psychology from McDaniel College. Outside of work, Susan has spent much of the past two decades traveling for baseball and cheering on her sons, including one who now plays at the college level.
